The design is Flat Beaten Open and Disc Style.  A Fabulous Contrast of Colours.  On Large Linked Chain  and Gold Tone Metal Work.  It fastens with a Lobster Clasp and has an Extender Chain of 3 inches.  The measures are from 37.5 inches and extends to 40.5 inches long approx.
