Lovely lady...lovely shop.
There were lots of nice,unusual things in this shop & not too pricey either.
(Sorry I didn't catch your name),but the owner was very chatty & friendly.
I chose a ring,but my size wasn't available, so the lady rang for another size while I was there.
Ive just collected it today & am more than happy with my purchase...thank you for your efficient service....I can highly reccomend this shop.

My daughter and I are fairly frequent visitors to Otley, but until today had somehow missed this jewel. What a treat, the shop is packed full of clothing, hats, jewellery and fabulous quality bags, we chatted with the owner while browsing. She was very bubbly and we didn’t feel in any way, pressurised into purchasing anything, but we did end up buying a couple of items. I am already looking forward to our next visit. Would highly recommend a trip there, a very lovely shopping experience. Thank you.

Recieved my beautiful blazer today from this amazing company delivered all the way to the Highlands of Scotland, beautifuly wrapped . Owner kept me informed during purchase and delivery of this item . Highly recommend, 1st class customer service and nothing is too much trouble for this business.

I have been looking for one of these beautiful umbrellas for some time. It is a present for a good friend. One day it just popped up on my fb. I was over the moon. I ordered it straight away , it was delivered promptly , very well packaged, with a lovely hand written note thanking me for my order.

Fantastic Service !! I had been let down at the last minute and required a skirt to wear for a wedding the following day. I contacted the shop and explained my circumstances - the very helpful lady (Cara) put herself out, to arrange a next day delivery to my home address!!

I have recently purchased two skirts online from Love4bags.
They have a rainbow waistline and are absolutely gorgeous.
I went for the maxi length and I would say will see me into winter as bought burgundy and black.
Arrived so quickly and Carla is so helpful.

I was looking for a hat or fascinator to go with a dress for the races,I couldn't have asked for more from Carla she was so knowledgeable and helpful and nothing was too much trouble, Carla went to the warehouse and took the belt from the dress and she found me a beautiful hat to go with my dress, you may be able to get things of shein and temu cheaper but you don't get the first class service and nice friendly face that you get from love4bags, thankyou Carla 😊

I bought a jacket for a wedding from this store.
Carla was super helpful with sizing and colour matching. It was so nice to wear and was perfect for the rest of my outfit. I’ll be popping in to have a look at all the other lovely items that were on display, now I have more time.

I went into the shop originally as I was helping my friend track down bags and fascinators as she will soon be Mother of the Bride and we were trying to find colours that would work with her dress. There are many options in this delightful shop that stocks a range of items all reasonably priced. Carla was so helpful and suggested taking photos of the options so I could show my friend (which I did and she is now going in tomorrow as she loved one of the handbags).
As I was leaving I spotted a bag in the window for myself. I didn't immediately buy it but messaged to ask if they did other colours. Carla sent photos of all the options but I stuck with the one I saw (green) and she held it for me until I collected it today. Superb customer service which is sadly lacking in so many shops nowadays. Thank you Carla.

Very reasonably priced bags and accessories shop with incredibly helpful owner. Carla took samples of my daughter’s dress and shoes to colour match a handbag on her next buying trip. Sourced a lovely, very reasonably priced bag for us, completing a prom outfit. Recommend supporting this lovely independent shop.

What a wonderful shop. Carla went out of her way to help me choose fascinator and handbag for my outfit for my sons wedding. She even told me to bring and try my dress and shoes on at the shop and she spent alot of time and effort to help me choose. Friendly, informative and so pleasant. Will defo shop here again. Thankyou

Having spent months searching for a particular green handbag I popped into Love4Bags Boutique in Otley.
The service provided by Carla was second to none. She didn’t have what I wanted however took my number. The very next day she text me whilst out stock shopping to say she had found what I was looking for. I now have the very bag I have spent hours searching for, and what’s more it was budget friendly.

What a fantastic find! Carla turned a rather hopeless quest for prom jewellery/ bag into a real treat - she went out of her way to understand what my daughter was looking for, showed us lots of great options and even took one of her shoes to her suppliers to find a perfectly matching clutch bag - my daughter is delighted with her accessories and I'm very happy with the price! Love the service from this chic boutique. My order was hand delivered the same day! (I do live locally but didn't realise this boutique was local to me!). Fab quality jeans - Monday Premium Denim - really different and so so comfortable. Will definitely be re-visiting this store.

Absolutely excellent service. I visited this shop for the first time last week looking for a specific type of bag. There was nothing in stock that matched my requirements, so Carla asked me lots of questions about what I wanted, took my number and found me the perfect bag when she visited her suppliers.
