Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of description(s), specification(s) and pricing there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur Love4bags will not accept your order. In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. The information displayed on the website is considered as an “invitation to treat” and not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of good(s) only.


We are unable to amend your order once submitted, however, it may be possible to cancel your order prior to despatch. In these circumstances please contact on info@love4bags.co.uk to make arrangements to cancel all or part thereof your order.


All orders placed with Love4bags, will be despatched via either Royal Mail 2nd class Signed For Packet Delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery depending on item, weight & size (See “Shipping Rates”) or a Courier of our choosing.

For the foreseeable future we now aim to deliver normal “in-stock lines” within four (4) working days following the day of despatch for orders placed by 1pm GMT (see “Available to Order” and “Overseas Delivery” exceptions). Reasonable allowance (re: delivery) should be made for orders made over the weekend and during National Holidays or Strike action.

Note “Available to Order” items require an additional fourteen (14) working days to process following COVID-19 imposed restrictions over and above normal “in-stock lines” delivery times. We do not accept any responsibility for any losses or inconvenience caused by a delay in delivery which is beyond our immediate control.

If an order is being shipped abroad (“Overseas Delivery”) then delivery can take at least 21-31 days and is wholly dependent on destination and COVID-19 imposed restrictions.

Within the UK & Northern Ireland territories Shipping is via Royal Mail Second Class or Courier of our choosing and the Shipping Rate is as stated in the website product listing.

For delivery outside UK & Northern Ireland territories (“Overseas Delivery”) we use Royal Mail Special Delivery and shipping is dependent on item, size and weight. Costs will be both agreed and paid before shipping.

For OVERSEAS DELIVERY we use Royal Mail Special Delivery which automatically provides us with a receipt to prove that the item has been posted and requires a signature by you on arrival that proves delivery. Costs vary on item, weight and size. Said costs are to be agreed and paid before shipping.

When weather systems are bad we ask you to bear with us as your item will have been sent via either Royal Mail or a courier of our choosing, but they could have a back log of parcels to deliver to hard to get to areas.

We do not accept goods returned to Love4bags, however and only in the following circumstances.
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive your good(s) as ordered or in the unlikely event that your good(s) arrive damaged please contact Love4bags (see below) immediately. Where good(s) are claimed to have been delivered damaged we require at least 3 good quality photographs of the damaged good(s) emailed to (see below). Where an order is claimed not delivered we will instigate a “Track and Trace” process. Track and Trace processes can take up to five (5) working days to complete. Once the undelivered order(s) or damaged good(s) are proven (See Track and Trace process / photographic evidence rules) a replacement will be despatched.

We’re committed to selling high-quality products that we hope you’ll enjoy using but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange something you have purchased. If a product develops a fault within 14 days of delivery please contact us at (see below) to discuss either exchange or”Refund” (see below). Note;  goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be exchanged but returned as is at the customers’ expense.

All returns should be made within 28 days after the date of delivery and be sent back to us by Signed For Delivery, or a Certified Delivery method requiring our signature upon receipt of good(s).

Where necessary please contact Love4Bags on info@love4bags.co.uk to arrange this. Note Love4bags does not accept any responsibility for the good(s) whilst in transit.

This does not affect your consumer statutory rights.

When appropriate we will refund the value of the good(s) on receipt of them. You are advised to return goods using Signed For mail methods so that there is evidence of postage if the goods do not turn up. Payment of a refund will be issued via the same method used in the payment of the good(s).

Please note that all prices are quoted in GBP (£’s) only.

We use our best endeavours to be as accurate as possible however, we do not warrant that product description(s) or other content is accurate, complete, reliable or free from error(s).
It is possible that on occasion there may be information on Love4bags website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies and omissions that may relate to product description(s), pricing and availability.
We reserve the right to correct any errors inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (Including after you have submitted your order). We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Love4bags will take payment(s) via on-line sales using either Paypal or Stripe card payment processing.
We reserve the right to refuse any order.
