These are lovely Black Leather Look PU Leggings.  They have an Elasticated Waist. 

A luxurious pair of High Rise Leggings providing a soft, smooth and silky feel. Features Leather look soft PU, high rise waistband, fully lined and soft flattering fit.

Dress up with heels and a nice top or dress down with a casual knit and trainers.
