This is a lovely Black Knitted Polo Poncho.  It has panels of different knit, Plain and Cable knit.  With a Polo Neckline.  This is a One Size fits All and so very soft to touch.  Made with mixed Fibres. 51% Viscose, 28% Polyester and 21% Polymide.  It is quite Long in Length so will keep your Bottom Warm.
